D&C International Law Consultancy team secured the victory for the Client, one of the biggest exporters of Latin America, in the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA) arbitration, which involved a dispute relating to an international sales contract. The GAFTA Arbitral Tribunal awarded the full compensation to the Client who is entitled to all requested sums, fees, costs, and expenses.
